Very disappointed

"I want to start off by saying how much I hate writing this bad review. I first saw your products on tiktok and I purchased tons of your products. My favorite is the unicorn scent but i have many of the others. I recently ran out of the unicorn sugar scrub and the oil. I cant purchase on tiktok right now because of a stupid issue so I was really upset I couldn't get any bargains from your auction. But I love your products so much I decided i would go right to your web page an purchase it full price. Ive been so excited to recieve it anneven signed up for monthly shipments. Well I am sad to say the products I recieved are not the same as the other ones I bought from you all. I sent you a email with pictures an tried to attach a video but it wont let me. First the sugar scrub; it is the color blue ( not the multi color it usually is) and it has no scent to it. Now the oil; it barely has a scent and the dropper doesn't work. Im so disappointed..this is so not like the products im use to getting from you all. Something must of went wrong when making these is all I can say. Im seriously considering canceling my subscription. I would like new products sent to me that are actually the unicorn collection. I havent heard back yet from anyone. Please let me know if your gonna make this right."
