Can I return my order?
We currently do not accept returns on skin & body care products for sanitary reasons. If the products are received damaged or defective, we will request photos of said damage/defect and we will be responsible for return shipping costs. If in the case, there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. See below in regard to refunds.
Can I get a refund?
Depending on the individual scenario as stated above, we do refunds if needed. Refunds can take up to 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
