NO! Our products are made for external use only and are not edible. DO NOT CONSUME. Also, keep out of reach of small children.
"What is the shelf life of AMNH products?"
Our products have a shelf life of up to 1-2 years. Our products are made of all-natural ingredients, so please discard after that timeframe.
"What happens if my product comes melted?"
During the spring and summer months it tends to get really warm which may cause any products that are whipped to melt. We use certain packing methods to try to decrease those chances of melting, but things do happen sometimes. If in the case, you receive your product melted, just place it in the fridge/freezer until it re-hardens. It may look like you've lost product but it's just the air has gone, and it is no longer fluffy, but you are still able to use your product as normal. If unusable, e-mail our customer service at email@example.com send your order number and a picture so we may assess the damages and come up with a solution.
"I forgot to use my promo code!"
We understand some may get super excited to check out and get their orders placed with us, but please while checking out, take your time and make sure you are inputting all the necessary information to ensure a smooth experience with us. Promo codes will not be applied after orders have been placed. If you are having technical issues with using any promo codes, e-mail customer service directing at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assist you.
"I placed my order with the wrong address"
Any orders that do not have the correct address or has an incomplete address, will be canceled and refunded. Please re-place your order with the full and correct address to ensure a smoother shipping experience. *Note* Refunds may take up to 5-7 business to show in your account depending on financial institution.
