Amazing scent,beautiful colors, but broken

Totally DISAPPOINTING

"I was personally disappointed that when I ordered I ordered sugar scrub and was sent a whipped soft textured item that was explained to me to be an old formula of sugar polish yet the labels both sugar polish and scrub have the same ingredients and if it were different I have never seen a area for polishes and scrubs seperately I feel like I got the foaming bath soap in place of the sugar scrub I ordered then fed a story about how it’s an old whipped formula so they wouldn’t have to send me any to replace it. I mean sugar scrub is sugar scrub if it says on the label sugar and basically oils and fragrance and colors it should be SUGAR not a creamy textured product that honestly is NOT sugar anything! Does the sugar polish I received look anything like the sugar polish in the picture of her product on the sales page? No not at all, and I was expecting what I seen and what I THOUGHT I was ordering! And the ones that are pink ( they are supposed to be the SAME thing just different formulas???? I’m not buying it. I just wanted my sugar scrub :( They were amazing at everything customer service and all, until this and I asked for the 4 sugar scrubs I was owed and even said I would send the others back because they are not sugar scrubs and in no way exfoliate."
