"I placed an order a month ago and never received it. I contacted customer service numerous times and was given the run-around. My order sat in their facility for weeks with a label created but never sent out. I sent another email requesting an update and all was said that my package is lost, and a refund has been issued. No accountability, I wasn't offered to have another order sent out or anything. I called their customer service number 4 times, it just rings."
