Smells horrible!

"I was a fan of this product, I’ve used it for two years now. I ordered a couple recently, because I am running low. The new birthday cake body butter doesn’t smell good at all. I tried for over a week to speak to someone regarding this issue, but all they kept telling me was that they assure me the product is good. It’s not that it’s an expired product, it doesn’t smell good, and I will not wear it. It’s a waste of my money, and I’m dissatisfied with my purchase. Customer service was of no help with the conversation I received, after I asked for a refund and return label they ghosted me completely. I will not purchase from this company again, I don’t feel like a valued customer. I will not purchase this product any longer, because it’s not the same quality it was before. Thank you!"
